Dreams - Abingdon

We where looking for a mattress to collect and they helped us select the right product from stock.

Great selection of beds and mattresses, that we could try in the shop, we knew what we wanted and spoke to the shop assistant who helped us to find the correct bed and mattress to suit us. Staff were friendly and approached us and offered help which was accepted.

We were looked after by Cassidy and she was very helpful in asking our needs and showing us some products that would be suitable. She encouraged us to try lying on the beds and felt that was helpful. She showed us some other products which we may come and see again when we need to. A very helpful girl and friendly with a caring attitude and a sense of humour!

Very good customer service. We felt as though Tom was really trying to understand our needs and give us the best options available to us without trying to spend our money. Overall good price and recommendations also.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, he knew exactly what he was talking about and made us feel very comfortable whilst being instore. We were provided with hot drinks during our visit and nothing was a problem for the man who served us.

We were served by Sam at the Abingdon branch and although he was busy with numerous customers he still went out of his way to ensure he acknowledged us and that he would be there as soon as he could. We looked around and already had an idea of what we wanted. When Sam got to us after serving the previous customer, his customer care and attention to detail was excellent. We were so pleased with the deal and level of service that we placed an order. We are also looking at getting our bedroom done and Sam also advised that you could look after this when we are ready, I left armed with a brochure and have already seen the bedroom that we want. Thank you and Sam deserves recognition for his excellent knowledge and customer care.

The store manager in Abingdon, Tom, was extremely friendly without pushing a sale. We looked at the high end mattresses however as we found more comfort in a cheaper option he gave honest advice to go with the one that we were most happy with. Tom was able to offer us options to meet our budget and entertained our 2 year old son with the orthopaedic electric beds.

The assistant was very pleasant, cheerful and helpful. We enjoyed the experience of buying the bed ! Good selection and VERY GOOD labelling which helped find the mattresses we should consider.

Thomas was a pleasant, friendly guy. he explained everything thoroughly.
