Dreams - Abingdon

We were helped from the minute we entered the store. Informed of different options. Left to discuss when we needed. And had our order dealt with efficiently. We were offered drinks which we appreciated.

Sam, the colleague that helped us, was very knowledgeable and friendly, answered our questions promptly and efficiently and made the experience very pleasant overall.

The service we experienced at the Abingdon store in Oxford was absolutely fab. It was Tom I think I remember that right. He was the manager there. Was so easy to talk with. Not pushy in any way (which would definitely put us off) he was factual and a good salesperson. Relaxed but had a very high knowledge of his industry. He sold everything we wanted, and in a way more! but we were very happy with this, as came away with all we needed. Highly recommended, and this was purely down to him.

The assistant, Sam, was friendly, willing to give us space to think, attentive to our needs, patient in our deliberations and generally helpful. My wife and I were very impressed with him and, consequently, your organisation.

I ordered two beds, 1 single and a folding bed. The folding bed was delivered on the 20 January just two days after it was ordered, the other bed is due to be delivered on the 9th of February and I expect that is when it will come, so I cannot fault the service.

Staff clearly put the importance of customer at the top of priority. Shop very busy for staff to deal with all customer needs when busy but all appolagies accepted for any delays staff do everything possible to aid my needs. The staff that dealt with our purchase "SAM" could do no more to help if he tried. Also a big Thank you to "SAM" for the coffee while we when through all the details. The price was acceptable so pleased to have been a customer in this shop "DREAMS". We was going to buy online as this always seems to be cheaper but price & customer satisfaction regarding "SAM" attitude to his customers won us over. Would defiantly purchase from the cumpony "DREAMS again as the staff are superb & this you cannot buy online. Looking forward to our delivery lets hope it's stands up to the high service given in store. Finally please inform the staff member "SAM" that his attitude to work & his customers is highly appreciated even though the store was busy he accounted for our needs as an important customer and dealt with ills as soon as possible.
