Sam was available for assistance without sitting on your shoulder as it were and then was very helpful when called upon for information about a particular product.

Friendly assistant gave us immediate attention and dealt with us exclusively. Not at all pushy and answered questions fully. Was knowledgeable about products.

Your member of staff Sam was extremely helpful and friendly. The bed I wanted did not come in a small double size, he then showed me other small double beds. I made my choice based on what was in store, although I have to wait 9 weeks for delivery as the colour I wanted needs to be manufactured. Other than that I'm very pleased all round.

Hermione at Dreams in Abingdon was very friendly, gave us plenty of time to try out the items, whilst always being around when we needed her. Not pushy, just right!

The description of the mattresses was clear. This was important as the choice is so large. The show room was well laid out and we were able to try out the different mattresses with no feeling of being rushed. The exceptional factor was Sam, who made it clear we should take our time. He was patient, very well informed and very pleasant to deal with.

The range of beds and mattresses was just what we wanted to see. The member of staff (Sam) was very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. The place was warm and inviting on a cold day. We were offered coffee while we were looking.

We were highly satisfied with the service when we visited dreams all 3 staff including the manager were very helpful and welcoming to the store without being pushy. The manager was highly knowledgeable about all of the products and couldn't help and advise us more! Even though on our visit the stores systems were down we were dealt with efficiently and with ease if they hadn't of mentioned the systems being down we would have thought that this was the normal procedure for ordering. Any questions we had a long the wat were andwered fully and so we could clearlt understand. I would definitely recommend shopping at Dreams and would shop there again myswlf. I cannot comment on the products yet as I have not yet received them but I have very high expectations from what I saw in the showroom. All in all vey happy and really looking forward to receiving our furniture! 😁

The overall experience was just fantastic, I have a disabled husband in a wheelchair and they were very helpful especially the manager Tom he was excellent, I have never had experience like this in other shops. Tom and your staff are a credit to your firm

The sales lady was polite and friendly but not 'pushy' and asked pertinent questions about my specific requirements. She encouraged me to try different options, then gave me and my daughter coffee (in proper cups!) and allowed us private time to discuss and decide on my preferred choice. Placing my order was dealt with efficiently and explained fully.
