The sales assistant Hannah was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about Dreams products. Time was taken to understand our needs This isn't our first purchase with Dreams and certainly won't be our last.

Tom was a very lovely man offfering me plenty of tea and spending time with me whilst choosing my mattress and pillows. A very present man indeed 😊😊😊😊

The sales assistant, Cass, was really helpful - knowledgable and patient but also gave us time to consider and decide. Delivery time frame was also very convenient.

The two staff members we dealt with were hugely helpful and even though the bed was out of stock, they spent time finding out when it would be back in stock and placed our order. Overall it was a very good experience.
