Dreams - Abingdon

Great customer service, very friendly and importantly very patient with my indecision. Kept the store open over and above the closing time to help with the process - which was very impressive.

My self and my husband had come into the store a week before. We weren't hassled by members of staff at all. We were asked if we needed help, and we explained what we were looking for, and sam explained. Very well the different types of mattresses. We returned a week later and he remembered us. He never pressured us at all. His service was fantastic. I would definitely come back when purchasing another bed for my children. He was polite and very easy to approach. Very pleased with his service.

Sam and Tom at Dreams in Abingdon were very helpful. Listened intently to what the customer wanted, left us to view the beds hassle free, no hard sales and overall very helpful and polite. So we decided to buy.

We had Tom (store manager at Abingdon) helping us with our purchase and he could not have been more helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to understand our requirements, offering lots of different solutions and a nice cup of tea as well. It is so rare nowadays to find someone who clearly cares about their job so much and genuinely has a desire to provide customer service. He is an asset to your Company!

Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, smart and willing to engage with customers. The store is clean, well laid out, with room to move easily between items for sale, unlike some stores which cram lots of stock into one room. Delivery is quick, cheap (currently free) and disposal of the old mattress is also cheap and convenient. All of this should encourage the public at buy from Dreams.

The sales guy was knowledgeable and very helpful nothing was too much trouble.

Sam was knowledgeable and service minded. We were treated excellently. We were able to try the beds out, were given a cup of coffee and got what we neded.

The staff were very friendly and knew their stuff. They couldn't do enough for us. We always come back to dreams for our beds and linen etc and recommend to our family and friends
