Hermione had introduced herself on our previous visit some 10 days previously, and greeted us cheerfully as recognised customers. She helped by reaffirming the choices we had previously made, and was fully attentive to quickly sorting our payment preferences. The whole experience whilst at Dreams was excellent and we came away with confidence that all was sorted. Thank Dreams.

First of all Sam, who was assisting us during the visit at Dreams was very friendly and approachable member of staff. He had knowledge and could give good advise which we actually used :) Came for duvet only, left with couple other items :) Prices could be a bit lower but still are within our budget. As for quality... so far we like it, we'll see how long it will last :)

Staff were kind and quick to answer and queries, they offered us tea or coffee which is a pleasant first and we're also celebrating fundraising for a charity. Hannah was helpful is helping me find the type of mattress I wanted and also suggested clearance items which is good for their store.

was using dreams as a comparison to on line shopping. Your advisor was both knowledgeable friendly and patient, having worked in retail i would say she has the customert satisfaction down to a fine art. Although not planning to commit to buying , her expertise gave me cause to think on line was not the way forward and ended up purchasing my new bed there and then

it is rare these days to be served by someone who not only knows the product but is polite and friendly. I should thionk Hermione in the Oxford store is worth a mint to the Company. The young man there was also very pleasant.
