I needed a new mattress, I really don't want to spend all day doing it. Hannah approached me with a smile as I entered the store, she listened to me then made suggestions. I made my selection which was within my budget and Hannah got on with the paperwork. I am pleased that my purchase will be custom-made in the UK. No fuss shopping does it for me every time. Well done Dreams.

With help from staff I managed to find the exact mattress I was looking for. It just so happened to have a decent percentage off the asking price. I was then encouraged and helped to buy pillows and might return for the bed frame.

The shop was a pleasant environment, the store staff were helpful and friendly without being 'overly attentive'.

We needed a mattress quickly and Hannah checked shop display availability and we got a mattress at a great price and got duvet and pillows too. Hannah managed this really well.

My bed shopping trip was the most enjoyable I've had... the assistant Hermione was beyond excellent.. there wasn't anything that was too much trouble..she was knowledgable, very helpful and fun.. she made the whole experience a pleasure.. and I was thrilled with my purchase.. I had a friend with me and we were both treated to a coffee whilst the paper work was completed.. I will recommend Dreams and particularly Hermione to everyone I know
