Good, attentive staff. We had bought a mattress 2 months ago, and the staff remembered us. Able to guide us to exactly what we needed with no fuss or delay. Very happy with the purchase.

We needed sound advice to help us select a new bed. Cass was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in the process of finding a perfect new bed. To top it off, the 40 night trial would ensure the bed is as good as we think it will be.

lovely lady called Hermione who served us was friend, knowledgeable and efficient. My husband who dislikes shopping even enjoyed the trip and we were both pleased with the bed and mattress that we purchased and the value. We are now waiting for delivery on 11 May. Would have liked it sooner if possible.

Hannah dealt with my enquiry & was more than helpful to try & ensure that I had covered all my criteria that I was looking for & by making amendments to my order she was able to bring it closer to my budget
