I was served by a lady named Rachel in your Abingdon store, she was on her own due to sickness so there was some waiting but it didn’t matter as we knew the reason, and it was something that could not be helped. She was highly knowledgeable, friendly and helped me find and purchase the mattress to best suit my needs.

Very friendly staff, answered all our questions and helped us pick out the best product that matched our needs.

We were immediately supported by one of your staff, who seemed knowledgable and able to answer all of our questions. We were given time to browse, as requested and then pick up again with the same assistant when we were ready to ask questions and conclude our purchase. Placing the order was very straightforward and the delivery time of 12 days was better than expected.

I am disabled (wheelchair user) your staff were very helpful, very attentive, and kind. She was wearing a mask and was socially distanced too which you don't get in a lot of places now. After the sleep match she was very good and patient. Helped us through the whole process. We bought our last bed from Dreams too. Always good service and a friendly face. Being a wheelchair user some people aren't patient but she was very patient and kind. Full marks from us

The woman who was with us, was very professional, she knew was she was selling and talking about, and overall very friendly. Ot was a nice experience.

We were swiftly met on entering and made to feel our needs were met. Offered refreshments and explained the sleepmatch process. As a result we were shown mattresses suitible for us, saving time and made to feel welcome throughout the process.

We were approached on entering the store. When we wanted help we were able to get attention very easily and it was very helpful the ordering process was then quick and easy with a better than expected delivery time. All in all an excellent experience
