Tom served us and he was extremely knowledgeable in helping us get what we wanted.

The assistant Sam was extremely helpful and knowledgable, but still gave us the space to discuss and decide what we really wanted. We would made really welcome without the hard sell that you receive in some stores.

We found that the sales assistant was very helpful, new the products, gave us time to decide on the bed we wanted.(Was not pushy like some store assistants)Help us by offering pillows that were the same firmness of those we have at home to get the best fell of the lying positions on the beds that we tried this helped us to decide on the bed we purchased. we were offered refreshments hot & cold as the temp out side was very hot. The delivery date that was offered was a lot quicker than expected. Nothing was to much trouble for him to help us with overall was very professional new his job very.

I'd firstly phoned your Abingdon branch with a few questions before I made the trip. On arrival I was greeted by Sam who had excellent customer service skills. He had been passed on the information from his colleague who had now finished their shift. I was surprised and pleased that the information had been passed on as it made everything a lot easier.
