We were greeted by Hermione who explained the different types of mattresses available and then left us alone to make our choice, without any pressure. When we placed our order we were given coffee and treated with the utmost courtesy.

When we entered the store we were approached by the young man who eventually took and completed our order. We said we wished to browse which he left us to do, but checked again to offer coffee and to see if we needed help. When we needed help he was there and made several useful suggestions i.e. trying pillows etc. which were on special offer. There was no pressure to buy and the staff were co-operative and friendly giving us plenty of thinking time and space to make our decisions. Sam our contact offered to take our purchases to the car - altogether and very good experience - we were allowed space which I like but when we needed assistance it was immediately available.
