The manager at the store had good experience and product knowledge and was helpful in guiding us to our final choice without any undue pressure.he explained clearly the pros and cons of each product including the pricing structures and offers and discounts available . If the final product is as good and comfortable as we hope then overall we will be well satisfied with our purchase although only time will tell!

Your colleague Hermione was extremely helpful and assisted all of our needs without the slightest hint of pressure, she was friendly and approachable. I will always seek her out on any further visits I make to the store, she even made me a lush coffee after I was drenched through form the rain!

This was impulse buy. See the product we just had to have it.

Hannah was our assistant and she knew exactly what I wanted and where to find it. She was very polite and offered a tea or coffee. I didn't want one but I felt very well looked after and was given all the information I needed to know what and when my mattress would be delivered.

The service was very friendly and professional. Sam was very interested in what we wanted showed knowledge and will to find exactly what suited us. He was very flexible. We came away happy with the deal and felt our needs were well met. We look forward to receive our new bed in a week's time. Thank you for the service. We will highly recommend Dreams Abingdon.

The colleague was very patient, very knowledgeable, it was a boiling hot day and Sam offered water and ensured we were comfortable. We were shown lots of different options if different price points.

I made a quick visit to the Abingdon store to assess prices, quality and availability and was welcomed as I entered. There was no pressure from any sales staff, only knowledge and understanding. I left the store, phoned my wife to discuss our options then returned. I met Hermione (Sales adviser) on the shop floor who answered, in detail, any queries I had. She offered me a hot drink, arranged payment and carried out the transaction swiftly, yet professionally. During this time we also had positive interaction with the members of the team. A very pleasant experience :-)
