Thomas our server was excellent, not a pushy salesman which I dislike but a very knowledgeable and helpful person. I just hope your product is as good, but a very good start

The person that served me was called Sam in the Abingdon branch. I went in during the week to take a look as i needed 2 double beds and wouldn't need themm for a month or so due to a house move - Sam clearly explained things, at no point was pushy and said he would be in on Saturday if i wanted to return with my daughter. On Saturday he remembered me, remembered the conversation and couldn't have been anymore helpful sorting out our requirments and even better - a very good deal. His manager was also attentative and suportive, at no point did we feel pushed to buy either the bed or the other bits we also purchased at the same time.

The gentleman was not pushy or loud and in my face. He was very good.

the staff were really helpful and friendly had time for a bit of banter, twice we were asked if we would like a coffee. could'nt have been nicer. great service

I already knew which bed I was interested in - so it became details that were important. I like to look at the purchase rather than buy online for such a vbig Purchase. I felt there was enough choice.

Sam made the difficult choice of ordering a mattress very enjoyable, he was approachable, there if you needed him but not pushey.

Hermione was very friendly and helpful when we came in to the store. She was able to get us a good deal and really tried to help us. Thank you Hermione!
