The mattress I was interested in was available for me to try it out in store. Hermione was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the mattress and didn't pressurised me at all. She helped me to select a lovely headboard,taking the time to show me all that were available and all the different textures and colours. She also provided a comfortable chair for my disabled Husband,and made him a cup of coffee. Once I had decided on my purchases,she took the time to explain exactly what I was paying for, and arranged a suitable Afternoon delivery for me. Also she very kindly allowed my Husband to use the staff toilet. I am very happy with the service I received and am excitedly looking forward to the delivery of my new mattress.

Great helpful service. This I my second purchase from Dreams in Abingdon and on both occasions the staff were both professional and friendly to deal with. I am looking forward to the new bed being delivered and assembled on the 21st Sept.

We were left undisturbed to browse and lie on beds. After a very decent period of time, we were approached and given answers to all our questions. We had full descriptions of all the various types of mattresses and felt no pressure to make a snap decision.The two salesmen were charming and we enjoyed our visit. We were also offered a very quick delivery when we came to place our order. Other retailers we have visited were offering at least 4 weeks. We also liked the bag given to us for our old mattress and glad as much as possible of the mattress will be re-cycled. The 40 day "comfort exchange" is an amazing feature but I doubt we will need to take it up. Overall a thoroughly pleasant experience.

The staff member serving us (Sam ) was helpful, knowledge and good salesman. Your Abingdon shop is large and when busy really does need more than two people. There is a fine line between bothering people too much and not potential customs having to look to find someone to talk to.

We were so impressed with the sales team. Sam, in particular, took so much time and care to answer our many questions and to help us find the best products. Sam (and the manager - whose name we can't remember - sorry!) were able to suggest practical solutions to provide the size and comfort we need in our available space. We have never experienced a better in-store sales experience anywhere. We were treated as individuals, interesting people, and as people who warranted the best. Nothing was too much trouble - even headboards were moved around so that we could see how they matched with the bed materials. We visited the store at least four times and, each time, we were warmly welcomed and, in the end, it felt like we were coming back to friends! At no time we were pressured to buy and the staff were knowledgeable and appropriately enthusiastic about their products. Sam is exceptional and we cannot praise him enough. Sam took such care to help us that we decided not to look anywhere else to see if we could find similar products elsewhere for a lower price. We are looking forward to receiving the bed - we believe, too, that we have purchased a wonderful bed!

I made several visits to the Abingdon store when trying to decide on a divan base. Tom was extremely helpful and had a great knowledge of the stock. He didn't pressurize me to make a decision in store, but encouraged me to go home to check sizes. He remembered me when I telephoned later with a query. My only problem was deciding from the choices he offered me. All in all a great shopping experience.

Thomas, the salesman, was excellent, being knowledgeable, patient and doing everything he could to help us.The only problem is the delivery date, which he was unable to extend into November. To explain, we are disabled OAPs moving into a retirement village near Bristol and our apartment will not be ready until early November. The 27th October delivery date we have been allotted will be too early; which is a worry though we understand we can change this once we have a definite date for our new home.
