Dreams - Abingdon

The assistant who helped us, Hermione, was very friendly and welcoming and had just the right approach, not pushy, but engaged in conversation with us and found out what we were looking for. We had seen a deal in a competitors store next door and she offered to match it, like for like, and knock off an extra £10. The next day I changed my mind about the colour of the base and the style of headboard, so I rang and changed it within 48 hours of placing the order. Again Hermione was understanding and efficient. We visited several local stores looking for a new bed, lying on them to try them out, and not one person approached us to ask if we needed any help. However when we walked into Dreams, your assistant Hermione welcomed us to the store and just started chatting to us in a very friendly way, telling us about the beds we were looking at. We can honestly say, Dreams, and in particular Hermione, knocked all the other stores we'd visited out of the park with her customer service. She is a credit to your company.

Hermione was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable on the items we where purchasing , provided answers to our questions and made the process very pleasant. At no time was there any pressure to purchase " extras " on offer.

During our visit to the Abingdon Store Hermione was very helpful she answered all our questions very well, she also offered a tea or coffee.

I was so pleased with the friendly service and help to place an order so we got a bed for my 2year old soon which didnt have a bed due to his sister breaking it and getting the bed in 3days instead off 3weeks delivery as me me and my wife so very happy with the gentlemans service he gave us in the store.

Hannah went out of her way to explain the different adjustable beds and try to find me a good deal. I went away and thought about it and returned a week later. Explained my needs to Tom, he was extremely helpful and I placed my order, which he allocated to Hannah and I await delivery in approx. four weeks.

We visited the shop during the week and because of this the shop wasn't busy and the sales team was available, friendly and knowledgeable enough. We were offered a complimentary cup of decent coffee as well and were able to wonder around the shop with a nice warming cuppa which made the experience even more enjoyable. We ended buying a mattress and cannot wait for it to be delivered ( in a few days). On the whole a very good experience and I will gladly recommend Dreams to anyone.
