I was really satisfied with my experience at dreams today as I felt the store manager Tom who served me and my fiancé, was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process. He sought to put us at ease throughout and looked to help us select the best bed for our individual needs.

Tom was great with us and the kids, working with them to ensure they were part other buying process, very knowledgable and the right amount of "presence"

First time I have visited Dreams and was impressed with the service and advice. I am waiting for my mattress to be delivered next Monday just 1 week after ordering. The salesman was very helpful as I did not know want I needed in a new mattress as I have a slight back problem. I am hoping when my mattress arrives it will help with my problem. Thank you dreams.

Saw the bed we liked straight away. An assistant came over to offer help. She was able to tell us all we needed and also showed us other similar alternatives. Also told us about insurance which was helpful. Placed order quickly and efficient and helped with arranging suitable delivery date.

The Sales Assisant in Abingdon (Hermione) was just a perfect Sales Assistant, she was polite, friendly, knew exactly what my needs were and also knew exactly where to find the products in the store. She was the best Sales Assistant we have ever come across, not pushy at all but very knowledgeable. I also ended up speaking on the phone to place my orders with her and she was very good once again.

The lady that served me was honest about the products and respected my budget and helped me find the right mattress for my daughter's bed.

I went into the store having a fairly good idea of what I was looking for, bed and mattress for a spare room, the salesperson, Hermione, came to my assistance and after listening to what I had in mind gave me some good advice on what might be suitable and her knowledge was impressive, she showed me a couple of alternatives and I picked just what I wanted, my kind of shopping someone who knows what they are talking about and letting me get back to work satisfied with my purchase
