Highly knowledgable member of staff (Chris) who put us at ease, offered us drinks and didn't rush us at all into making a decision. He also made it easier for us to make the purchase that day by waiving the deposit for the finance and upon learning I was in the forces, told me I was entitled to another 10% off everything. Answered any and all questions we had well.

The salesman Chris at Abingdon was helpful, polite and knew what he was talking about and had knowledge of his products.

Tom at the Abingdon branch was amazing! He was hugely knowledgeable about the products, offered advice without being pushy, was super friendly and tolerant of our 2 year old running around and gave us a brilliant deal, for Christmas delivery (which we never thought possible this close!). Altogether a very satisfying experience. Thank you

our assistant who helped us , was friendly helpfull and very knowleable about all the beds we asked about , he told us all about the different matresses and ,gave us a pillow to go round and try them all ,left us for a while to try them out , which was nice to be left to compare the ones we liked , offered us a hot drink which was also a nice touch in store , u dont get all of this online , so very pleased and purchased a bed and was amazed how quick delivery will be , only a week to wait so excellent service all round .

The staff was very friendly and was not pushy. He let us know he was available if we had any questions and waited for us to come to him before saying more. He also gave us time to go away and think about our purchase before completing it. The store was very clean and the range of beds available to test was good. Really enjoyed mattress testing
