I was not sure what I really wanted due to some medical issues but the assistant was patient and knowledgeable. Really impressed.

Hannah was knowledgeable and enabled me to buy a mattress and base quickly. She gave me a few mattress options and I tried each one before deciding. I felt safe from Covid perspective. I had already searched on line but couldn't make the base and mattress delivery on the same day. Hannah managed this and delivery is sooner than I expected. Great that the old mattress will be taken away.

Very good sales lady called Megan. She was very knowledgeable about the products, very pleasant and professional, very patient with us and efficient. We were able to arrive at a choice of mattress the same morning thanks to the advice from her.
