Very pleasant man explained the options available and helped us to make a good decision

Staff were really friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy. I had very specific needs for a mattress and Chris was really helpful, showing me alternatives to try out based on what I was considering. And I was impressed that he did not try to push me into a sale when I needed time to think it through. On my return, Chris was busy with another customer, but Tom recognised me from my earlier visit and came over to ask if he could help, offered me refreshments whilst I waited and was happy to complete the sale on Chris's behalf so I didn't have to wait. Despite spending a terrifying amount of money on a mattress, I wouldn't hesitate in going back to Dreams for any future purchases as they made it a pleasant shopping experience.

The sales staff were very friendly and offered their help and knowledge finding what we needed. They were also kind enough to offer us refreshments and biscuits while we went through the process of purchasing our items.

The member of staff (Kevin) met us as we entered the store and immediately showed us where we could find what we were looking for. He followed this up with helpful suggestions and we then placed an order.

Very friendly, very helpful and did their best to help you get the most for your money.

Great customer service from Kevin...he even made me a good cup of coffee whilst I was trying out the mattresses. Overall very happy with my experience and very excited for my new bed to arrive in a couple of days.

Tom served me in Abingdon. He was knowledgable, courteous and friendly and didn’t rush me. His knowledge of the products was extensive giving me confidence to buy. I thought the mattress was a bit expensive but apart from that very happy. Tom also made me a coffee. He is very personable which is important when buying something like a bed. He assured me if I wasn’t happy I could change the bed which made the sale.

Very helpful staff, good knowledge of products, reasonable value. Good range of mattresses to try.

Your member of staff (Kevin) was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He was particularly understanding as I had a hip replacement operation over Christmas and was walking using crutches.

HAD DONE SOME RESEARCH BEFORE VISIT VIA WHICH seemed to be in agreement with dreams
