Dreams - Abingdon

We were attended to by Chris at the Abingdon store. He was very cheerful and answered our questions well. He explained the extras in great detail, so much so we added the extended warranty and chose to have our old mattress taken for recycling. We even bought a couple of pillows. All in all we got just what we were after, with no fuss or pressure sales. Thanks Dreams and Chris too.

Our sales man was very kind and supportive. I had a certain budget and although that was too low he ensured to explain in detail what I needed and why. This was particular because I brought my teenage daughter with me as she needed a bed and mattress after unfortunately jumping on her bed and turning it into a massive V shape! Not to mention pinging 5 springs! To have a teenager leave Dreams happy was a miracle. She chose a bed mattress that was soft enough for her and a bed frame that was suitable. The salesman then supported me with removal and assembly of her old bed. Which to me honest is a great service. So thank you Dreams for making my trip and purchase less stressful. Because your sales man clearly understands his job and people.

The Assistant,Kevin, was understanding of our needs and politely took us on a tour of the beds in stock. His guidance was invaluable in allowing to make a decision. Both my wife and I felt that the pleasant approach ,understanding, and his willingness to allow a different trial option were without doubt one of the main reasons why a non committal approach by us became a commitment.

We entered the shop only intending to learn more about options for our new mattress but the staff were so helpful, friendly and patient, and the product of such quality, that we made our purchase then and there. As someone who likes the research any purchase for weeks before deciding, this is a rare and enjoyable experience. We were able to take our time and try all the different mattresses for as long as we needed and the staff were kind enough to continue their patience even after the store had officially closed. We are very much looking forward to our new mattress arriving!

Able to walk in, find exactly what I wanted. Staff weren't too pushy for a sale. Offered advice and taken to place my order in a very friendly, approachable manner.
