Found what we were looking for almost straight away. Placed the order, with a cup of coffee offered by the assistant, in under 15 minutes. Easy transaction and delivery in just over a week for free. Great service.

I liked the interaction of the seller/expert with me. The experience they shared with the customer (me) was very good and I would praise their efforts for all to see.

My son and I arrived at the store, were greeted by staff who asked if we needed any help. We told them we were just looking for a mattress so they showed us the posters on the walls explaing the different mattresses and gave my son a pillow to take around the store to use whilst he tried out various options. We were offered tea and coffee which we declined. We left the store to check out another shop but then returned to store to place our order, this time I accepted a cup of tea and our order was placed, collection of old mattress organised and delivery date chosen. We were told about the clearance stock to but chose one off the shop floor.

Great customer service no pressure great understanding of our needs . Nothing was a problem and wanted to give the best deal possible .

The store was laid out in a very good way that we could find the products we were looking for. The assistant that served us was a credit to your store. She was very polite and understanding of our needs. Helped us view the products and told us about the different qualities of the products. She never pressured us into making any decisions also explained everything that we wanted to know. Myself and my mother in law would highly recommend your store to anyone with highly trained staff like we experienced.

Very happy with the service I received, was offered a pillow to compliment my mattress choice and sleep style (which I also purchased) and the coffee was to die for, worth going back to the store just for that! Didn’t feel pressured in any way by the staff and the finance options were explained clearly to me so I could make the choice based on my circumstances! Overall, your Abingdon Store and it’s employees are a credit to your company and retail as a whole. It’s service like this that keeps me from shopping online.

The chap who served me was knowledgeable, friendly but not pushy. He listened to what I was saying, then acted on it. He explained everything clearly and I felt he did his utmost to ensure I got what I came in for. Kevin 160 A.
