Great customer service, personable staff and addressed all our concerns and queries. Great cup of tea! and saving me from a spider on a bed!

One gentleman was particularly helpful in explaining to me all the options, offering me a cup of tea, and giving me an appropriate pillow to test out the beds.

The salesman was very friendly, gave us a lot of time and good advice. We have yet to sleep on the bed - but when we tried it seemed great and the price was better than we expected. Thanks

I went into the branch to view a tv bed and the chap helped me by answering all of my questions. I could have ordered it online, but I was so impressed with his levels of service that I went back to the branch to get him to do it for me

Hermione! She was helpful from the get go both over the phone & when we arrived later in store. Took her time listening to our needs and explaining the options available. Quality customer service seems hard to find elsewhere and so this stood out to us. We felt valued and heard, therefore were happy to spend our money with Dreams.

Hermione was approachable and knowledgeable from the minute she introduced herself to us. She took time to listen to our needs and wants and explained and walked us through the process of finding the right mattress, taking time to be courteous as at the time I was suffering with a bad back. She was not pushy, we were offered a beverage which was a nice gesture. She gave me all the information i required to go away and make an informed decision on the product I was after. My concerns over bad feedback on the website on the product I was looking at was also addressed when i called the shop after leaving and put to bed any concerns I had regarding the mattress i was looking at. As a result i returned the sameday to complete my purchase.
