Dreams - Abingdon

I found my dream bed, it's beautiful and I'm am really pleased with it. Staff member was very polite and proffecional. I am very hay with servises they provided.

The staff were very helpful and were able to advise us about products and options.

We were treated in a friendly manner. The differences between the items we were looking at (mattresses) were explained in a way that we could understand & could compare the products. We were encouraged to test the products. Whilst being given attentive service we were nit "tailed" around the store.

The team were excellent. Kevin and Tom were great at helping us get what we required.

We went in because of the tv ad, offering 60% off, initially just to look at mattresses. We decided to buy a complete bed and mattress at the full price, but do feel we have chosen the best one with the help of Kevin who explained everything to us, he was pleasant and attentive whilst we tried all the options. Just a shame we didn't gain from the sale offer!! Looking forward to receiving out bed next week! So all in all a very satisfactory impulsive visit.

Hermione was friendly and obliging with an excellent knowledge of the product. Having an empty store at the time helped both of us!

The store assistant was really helpful & even move furniture around to assist me in deciding what item was best & would match my current furniture.
