Sales guy was excellent, knowledgeable & helpful.

As we did not have much experience looking at beds and what mattress suited us best the staff helped us understand what they would recommend and showed a selection of mattresses that met our criteria. During this time they explained the differences between them, the price levels and quality. As we looked around at the various styles we were directed to the various sections based on the fabric quality and headboard selection.

The salesman was very efficient and friendly and advised me superbly and I was very impressed and most grateful considering my age,and was very pleased with my purchase of the mattress.

The gentleman took the time to assess my sons needs whilst looking for his new mattress and also took the time to answer my youngest daughters many questions about beds.

Very seldom can I get to the Shops with my husband as well, but an opportunity came to be while on a Christmas break. As it needs both of you to purchase a mattress so that both party’s are happy, I took the moment to push him through the door. We had the auto bed analysis and tried a few mattresses and bingo we found one that we both loved, we thought that we may have to go to our local store to order , but were happy to discover that that wasn’t needed and we ordered on the spot. We are very happy with all aspects of the sale, we now await delivery Jan 11th so i am confident that we have the mattress right for us
