Dreams - Aberdeen Union Square

We were taken to experience the new technology to identify the right mattresses to suit our sleeping pattern. The advisor was really friendly which is the key to me as a customer.

Alex our salesman was friendly, informative and nothing was too much of a problem for him. He allowed us time to choose our preferred bed and took care of us, offering drinks etc.

Visited the store in Aberdeen in Union swite mall where Alex had Impeccable customer service, some places hound you and make you feel uncomfortable but Alex was amazing, very attentive and made our experience pleasant and enjoyable 5 stars ⭐️

Micheal the guy in the store was very friendly and helpful, i was very impressed with the variety and range of reasonable priced products on display, Also that ex display stock is also available. Free Delivery was organised and is we'll received, also the date is organised is of a lot shorter time scale than i expected which is a bonus. Overall a very pleasant experience would defiantly visit the store again and recommend it.

Michael that served me could not have been more helpful, he looked after my needs the whole time I was in the shop.

The man was very knowledgeable about the products and listened to what we were looking for. He also didn't try to upsell.

Alistair was so friendly, knowledgeable and terrific at his job. Everything was doing with the perfect timings and with an amazing attitude and made us feel so comfortable at all times

Alex went out of his way to help us, but at the same time he wasn't pushy, and didn't hang around - gave us some space, which we much appreciated as it is a big decision

Alex was friendly and helpful. The mattress machine/computer was fun and clever. It was so safety and clean focused. We had lots of choice but absolutely no pressure. He gave us time to think about our options and explained them clearly. Shopping at Dreams was a very positive experience!
