Staff were very friendly but not pushy and gave us time to try the mattresses ourselves. We were given pillows to try and used the bed profile machine

The shop was well maintained and offered a safe environment. The sales person was very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Not once did I feel rushed into a decision and was listened to when I asked questions. I really did feel he wanted me to buy the right beds and not just any bed.
