Ronald was very helpful and knew what he was talking about we were offered tea and coffee while with the purchase kept us safe with hand sanitiser and spray sanitiser

The team member who has dealt with us was exceptional. I forgot his name but he said he worked as a bar manager before. He showed us various mattresses and vas very patient with how picky we were. Really top notch service. Attentive but not pushy.

The instore manager Reggie at the Aberdeen store was fantastic I asked fo a pillow why we was trying the mattresses as a joke as low and behold he went and got me one. The service was fantastic and was able to order to our home address which was over 600 miles away
