I like the hands off sales approach that the sales team used, felt welcome and able to browse in peace. We approached a sales assistant when we had questions, he was very helpful and knowledge. Answered our questions and didn't put any pressure on us to get a sale.

Ronnie was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The whole experience was very pleasant and we felt that we were given good advice.

Received assistance on arrival and was taking through steps to find the appropriate mattress efficiently.

After browsing Dreams site online, we had shortlisted 7 mattresses we wanted to try out. All were in stock. Ronald who was dealing with us offered advice, talked us through various options and showed us other mattresses we might like to try out too. He didn't crowd us, giving us plenty of time to wander about, discussing choices on our own. He offered us tea, coffee, water and was on hand if we needed to ask other questions.

Sales assistant asked what we were looking for, located it for us and sale was completed within 15 minutes.

There was plenty staff who were quick to ask if we needed help on arrival into store. The gentleman who served us was very knowledgeable & when a product enquired about wasn't suitable he found an alternative.
