the guy that looked after us was great, listened and responded without pushing too much; though he was good a t closing off

We were assisted by Alistair and he gave the service for our needs. We feel we have the perfect mattress ordered and wouldn't have been able to get there with out him

first time shopping in store for a bed & mattress,the knowledge of the staff and the assistance i got wes very sattifaing and easy to purchase what i was after very happy with the service

The member of staff listened to my needs and helped me find exactly what I needed and within my budget, he was so friendly and helpful he even helped by carrying it to my car

As soon as my wife and I entered the Dreams premises we were greeted by a friendly and attentive shop assistant, who listened to our needs and should great knowledge of the products available, answering any questions we had. The covid procedure in place was first class and we never felt uncomfortable.

Alistair was great and very informative.

The sales assistant (Ali) was fab. Really helped us with what we was looking for. His manners and the way he dealt with us was 10/10. Very nice guy with a great attitude to work. He went through everything in great detail and with me and my partner and made sure we was happy throughout.

The sales assistant was attentive but also gave my girlfriend and I space when we needed it to make a decision for ourselves, he did not at any stage make us feel pressured.

Ashleigh was very helpful, knowledgeable and caring.

Although I knew which bed I wanted, The advisor listened to my queries regarding a mattress and also gave me plenty options and helping me to decide. He was also very friendly and provided a great service.
