Dreams - Aberdeen Union Square

This purchase was made for my Mum who is elderly and quite frail so the shopping experience takes a lot out of her. Your staff where extremely helpful, patient and kind. They took time to cover everything and demonstrated really good knowledge of the products on offer. We used the machine that measures pressure and this was clean, and staff ensured pillow was covered by paper and they gelled their hands too. They explained everything very clearly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

Very satisfied with the way the staff were very attentive and were not trying to sell us something we would not be happy with . They took time to assess our requirements and then their recommendations were spot on . A good experience thanks

The staff were very friendly but not in a pushy or pressuring way. They gave us space and guidance to make our own selections based off of our actual needs.

Ashleigh was thoughtful and had great communication skills. She was also attentive but allowed us time to make our decision. She provided excellent customer service.

The customer service was excellent from start to finish from Alex. A great salesman but without any of the usual gimmics that you'd find elsewhere. He answered all our questions and queries and that allowed us to choose the perfect mattress.

We bought our first bed and mattress at Dreams before at the old location in Aberdeen with great service. So we chose to come again to renew our mattress. We were tested on the machine bed for our best choice and the guy who helped us ( Alex ) was very patient and helpful but we did not purchase that day due to indecision over finances during Covid Lockdowns. We came back yesterday after 8 months to try again. Our assistant this time was Alistair and he was also very patient and helpful including giving us advice while making the purchase and arranging delivery. I find it hard to hear even with my new hearing aids with all the masks and plastic screens and I really appreciated his patience with this. Very happy ...just hopeful that the delivery and removal of the old mattress goes just as smoothly :)

This was my first time buying a mattress and to be honest, I had no idea what I was looking for. The mattress simulator machine was excellent and guided my choice. The salesman, Alex, was helpful and not pushy at all, which I liked, as I can't stand pushy salesmen.

Me and my partner were delighted to find out that we could have the mattress we had chosen delivered in less than a week. We'd previously been informed from a different company that it would take a minimum of 4 weeks! For this reason alone we were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams. The bonus was the friendly and helpful sales assistant who helped us to find the perfect mattress and pillows.
