Michael was very friendly. He had the right amount of input and knowledge but then left us to explore and revisit for ourselves. When we made the decision to buy, he was efficient and we were given a lovely hot chocolate drink. It was a much smoother and overall better experience than we were expecting.

He came over and asked what I was looking for. Then took me over to the bed scanner for the perfect mattress. He then asked what budget I was looking at. He Then took us round trying each mattress the machine suggested within the budget I gave him. He then left us trying the mattress ourselves so we could me the final decision. We selected the mattress we were wanting and then sat down at the desk offered us some refreshments since it was the first hot day in Scotland! He then went through the ordering process. Took my details and read them back to me to make sure they were correct. He then spoke about the 1 guarantee you offer for free or the 8-year service plan for one of payment of £45 and covers you for almost everything you can think of and extra, he gave us a leaflet with all the information. With the 8 guarantee you get a selection of different extras for your bed with the £45. He spoke about 40-night return policy if the mattress is not for you. He then told us other offers you get when you buy a mattress with discounted products. He then went through the order with us for a final time checking all the details and offered us when I would like the mattress delivered.

Michael was brilliant. He got me to lie on the sleep sensor mattress and I discovered that all after years of thinking I needed a firm mattress it turned out that medium was a better fit for me. He got me to try different styles in store before I made a final decision. He was very helpful and took the time to make sure I made the right decision. He was a pleasure to deal with and a great asset to the store.
