Alex was very friendly. He took the time to listen to exactly what I needed and showed me all different options. I did not feel rushed when trying out all the different beds. Alex also ensured to clean each area after I had been on it which made me feel very safe in these times.

The sales assistant (Michael) in the Dream Union Square Aberdeen branch went above and beyond to help us find the best mattress within our price range. He listened to our needs as I have a disability and recommend the best mattress for us. He offered us to use the sleep match machine however we had been before I had our baby. I’ve even recommended Michael to friends and family since his service was outstanding.

Our sales representative, Alex I think he was called, was knowledgable, friendly and helpful. He wasn’t pushy in the slightest, he heard we were on a budget and helped us to find exactly what we needed. We actually ended up spending more than we wanted to, but got a bargain, due to sale. Not sure this would have happened if not for Alex. Very impressed.
