We were greated by Michael at the union square branch and he couldnt of been more helpfull, he has some extreamly good knolage of both beds fraims and the store and products

Michael was superb

I explained that I had recent back issues and the assistant listened to my requirements. The store was spotless and the high level Covid hygiene procedures put us at ease. The assistance didn’t push us to the most expensive products but towards something that best suited our needs.

The guy was really nice and helped us get what we wanted

Felt completely comfortable shopping in the store despite the pandemic. The salesman knew when to leave us to talk to each other & didn't hover around us. He had very good product knowledge & wasn't in the slightest pushy.

I had called ahead of our visit and talked to your colleague Michael who met us on arrival. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained the hygiene and safety measures and was attentive throughout. He helped us work out how best to choose the right mattress and, while keeping up on the hygiene, allowed us to try out all the suitable options. He was informative without being pushy, so the whole process was very pleasant and we're happy with our choice
