Great customer service from Michael in the Union square, Aberdeen store. Very knowledgable and helped us find the perfect bed and mattress. Always dreaded bed shopping but was a really good experience in the store. We also had a very bored toddler with us and Michael was very accommodating and friendly with him! Have already recommended the store to friends and family!

I was served by Michael at the Aberdeen store, he was very friendly and accommodating in placing our order.

Knowledgeable staff who were not pushy about selling a product but inspired confidence that they knew the features of the products we were interested in and could explain differences between products. Staff were readily available when we needed them for advice and for placing the order. Delivery time is satisfactory and there is flexibility about dates to fit with our needs.

Michael was more than happy to stay later so we could find the mattress we were looking for. He had lots of knowledge about the products and we left with both the bed and mattress we were looking for.
