When we walked in we were greeted with a help how can I help you. Would you like tea or coffee. What sort of bed or mattress are you looking for? We were shown all different types of bed and different types of mattresses. They were very informative, friendly, polite staff. This is the second bed and furniture we have purchase from Dreams and we are still satisfied with the purchases. Explaining the payment and delivery was also very informative. We left there feeling very happy. Thank you for a great service.

Ronnie had us on the sleep match machine and showed us a half dozen or so mattresses he would recommend based on the sleep match machine results. Excellent service from when we walked in until we left the store. Mattress due to arrive in 10 days which is great.
