I was very clear with what I wanted including time scales and budget, Michael listened and recommended the right bed which was delivered a week later

Michael had great knowledge and even stayed behind after the shop had closed to put our order through!

The assistant was really helpful and explained things in a clear and concise way. He was very courteous and helped us navigate testing the mattresses in line with Covid regulations and social distancing - and still made it all an enjoyable experience. He explained the technical information about the mattresses in a way that was easy to understand and guided us really competently through placing the order and arranging a delivery date. We had an excellent customer experience.

Placed an order over the phone due to ongoing website issues accepting payment. The sales rep was extremely helpful, and apologetic that this issue had affected us.

I was deeply grateful and impressed by the exemplary assistance of Michael at the Aberdeen store who helped me order a double bed base and mattress over the phone. He was very thorough with details and most helpful in arranging the dates of delivery. All was completed with warmth and friendliness. Michael is a credit to Dreams !
