Service received was excellent. Very knowledgable and friendly staff.

The shop was laid out in a way that made it easy to access the range of products we needed to see in a very COVID safe environment. The customer advisor, Michael, was friendly and knowledgeable about the products and allowed us explore at our own pace making us feel comfortable and at ease.

At 1st I would like to say that the entire experience at Dreams Aberdeen was great because of the help that me and my partner received from Mr. Alastair, he was really helpful, informative and friendly. He presented many options that we could choose from, based on our personal needs, which was fantastic and overall the whole process went smooth. We felt very welcomed as well. The cherry on top is the price, we thought that we would have to spend way more, however we got few discounts and free mattress cover - big plus. Overall these are the reasons why we are highly satisfied, we didn't receive our order yet, but based on the fact that we tried the mattress in store, we are highly convinced that it will be perfect for our needs.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Listened to our needs. Helped us use the special bed computer that makes mattress suggestions. Provided a bottle of water when my wife was coughing due to wearing a mask. Arranged a suitable delivery date that was faster than expected. Talked us through the available product cover for our mattress which we took. Let us try different pillows.. we both liked different ones so bought them too.

Alex the sales advisor at the Aberdeen store was extremely helpful and friendly and patient whilst my teenage son tried out different beds and mattresses! My son is delighted with the bed we ultimately purchased and Alex’s advice was invaluable

The overall experience was of an excellent standard. From how friendly the staff were - Alistair helped me and my partner. The knowledge of what we would require. We were offered water upon arrival also. Social distancing, cleanliness and reasons given for these measures were all explained and emphasised customer care. Prices are of excellent value too.

The assistant Ali was excellent and spent time understanding our needs, was not pushy at all and gave us the time to make our own minds up after giving us good advice.

Assistants were pleasant & had a good knowledge of the products. We were given good advice.
