I was in early and was the only customer so had the assistant’s undivided attention. I couldn’t fault any of the service I got.

The salesperson, Alistair was first class. He took time to understand our needs and checked out options we might not have considered. He was very helpful and open about pricing options insurance available delivery times and explaining how we should bag the old bed for removal when your delivery takes place.

Right from booking an appointment to the completion of transaction everything was made easy. The customer service was amazing and the sales rep really took the time to ensure we were happy and had a chance to properly confirm the mattress we wanted.
