The assistant was very friendly and took time to explain the machine bed and how it was able to work out what mattress was required to give my husband the support he needed for his problem. I have used an adjustable bed for many years and thought I would also need a new mattress but he explained that my base was an old one iI would require a new base as well. He also was very patient to both of us as we tried the different mattresses. e

We felt very confident and comfortable in store and that is a big thing right now. We were provided with bottle of water on arrival and given pillows which were covered in towel. We were provided information on what types of mattresses available and also found our firmness using the machine. We were also given time on our own to discuss our options, no hard selling we felt at ease which made the experience all the better. Ally was lovely and was a great help.

Overall everything was amazing. Had Ashleigh there to assist us while looking at a bed frame that we had saw online and fell in love with. She was very knowledgable and so polite. The payment process was very quick and easy and it was a very lovely touch being offered water. Very satisfied and will highly recommend to our friends and family.
