Michael was very helpful, he knows his stuff! Made choosing my new bed a dream(no pun intended). Very proffesional and great with customers.

I was shopping form mum, (89yrs). The young assistant was v helpful and knowledgeable, patient even when I kept changing my mind. I am so happy that my husband and I will be buying the same bed for his mother in England

The assistant was helpful and quick

The team member that assisted us was very friendly and understood our needs, it was a very hot day and we got offered bottles of cold water to keep us hydrated, she new everything about all the different mattresses we tried. When purchasing the mattress we picked the assistant was quick but efficient as she new our toddler was getting impatient.

They were very welcoming, Alex helped me through everything for my first time buying a mattress and was very knowledgeable

Both Michael and Ronnie could not have been more helpful they explained everything in detail and went over all my options I never felt hurried or pressurised in buying a bed. The price quoted was excellent I even received a discount which was a surprise I don’t think I would ever buy from anyone but Dreams

Ronnie was understanding in regards to what I was looking for and was not pushy in terms of sales unlike the neighbouring store of a competitor. He was cleaning the store upon entry. A later visit to purchase a bed after Ronnie's help I was greeted by Michael who took me to test out mattresses as I was unsure what I wanted or needed. He was incredibly helpful and very patient with me. He was also very attentive with offering refreshments to myself and my father. Very polite gentlemen and very helpful.

Ronnie is a good customer service person, he gave me all the support.

Our product adviser, Alex, provided us with very good advice and he had very good knowledge of the products. He spent quite a lot of time with us. We are very happy with our purchase.Social distancing, masks and hygienic cleaning were observed at all times. He also offered us a mattress which was comfortable and affordable for us. Thank you.
