Dreams - Aberdeen Union Square

I am a nurse for the NHS and arrived to the store with 10 minutes until closing time after my shift. The employee stayed behind late in his own personal time after closing, in order to help me buy my bed! He didn’t skip anything he made me aware that he doesn’t mind how long it takes as long as i am happy with my choice. The employee went through every step and didn’t miss a thing.

Staff were very helpful and had a great understanding of the products they were selling. They took time to explain what mattress would best suit our needs.

Ronald was a very pleasant person, let my daughter use the test bed and then showed us what mattresses were available that were suitable for her along with the Ottoman beds that we wanted. He was not pushy or gave us space to allow us time to test and view what was available. I would gladly go back to your Aberdeen Union Square shop and see Ronald again.

When we 1st entered store, we were asked if we needed any help, we replied we just wanted to look, and we were left to browse. When we then asked for help, we were shown different kinds of bed with clear explanations and information. We then decided to go home and think which was no problem, and when we came back the next day, the same sales person welcomed us and answered all our queries and helped us pick the bed we have ordered without ever being pushy or pressured.

Alex was hugely helpful in the Aberdeen store. He was super attentive to what we were looking for and provided up with pillows to use while testing mattresses, we tested the sleep machine which was fab! He also offered us something to drink and felt very secure with the sanitisation and cleaning he did between products.

The assistant was very friendly and helpful as we found the bed and mattress which correspond the best to our needs. It was time for an upgrade in our bedroom and this is a good investment, happy with the purchase and can't wait for it to be delivered.

Michael was very helpful and guided us to products which suited our needs. We ended up going for a mixed firmess mattress which would both found to be the best. We also used the mattress analyser tool which didn't appear to be a complete gimmick as it recognised what we both liked amazingly. Very satisfied.
