Facials are so underrated. My facial with Addi was so relaxing. The staff was very friendly.

Esthetician Addi and receptionist Sheila are the best. Addi recommend the best treatment for me. We are still in progress. I already see the changes from my first session. I will return for my second session in 4 weeks. Thank you, Addi and Sheila!

My masseuse listened carefully to my request. I wasn’t asked by the masseuse if I wanted aromatherapy or hot stone. I noticed these are all upcharges which is different.

The Timonium location was phenomenal! Everyone from the GM to the front desk agent, Tia & the therapist, Ketorous. Atmosphere and energy both welcoming & professional from start to finish. This location actually changed my original plans of putting a hold on my membership. I will now continue on as a member to be sure I can receive treatment from the Timonium dream team! I tried to make an appointment on line, but I had a gift card that wasn’t going through. So I called and the receptionist got it to work and was very helpful. My therapist was amazing and I felt like a new person afterwards! Will definitely be back.
