The employee that helped me was quick to help me find what I needed. They were very kind and assisted me to their best ability. Two items I was looking for weren’t available but I did manage to find everything else I needed.

I love the jewelry. I also love to gift to my friends and family. The price is reasonable.

I always go and the wait is around 3-5 minutes which is great. The staff are always super nice and give nice feedback about the merchandise which is good.

I was looking to purchase the new little mermaid collection. I really wanted the entire collection in order to get the box. I walked in knowing they would probably be out of some things but my experience was extremely great. Airam was the one to help us and she went above and beyond to make this a great experience. Since they were out of a couple things she offered great alternatives and I left beyond happy. The best customer service I have ever experienced!

I was out of state visiting family and decided to stop in the store while in the mall. I was instantly helped by Claudia C. No#236308. She was soooo personable and had such a welcoming personality. We discussed the new mermaid charms, but unfortunately they were sold out of the chest charm I wanted. I did luck up and find a Marie from aristocats charm that I’ve been desperately looking around for quite a while due to it being sold out. I will always shop in-store if I can receive excellent customer service like what Claudia provided while shopping.

I love how they’re always fast and kind with the customers. They always make us feel welcomed. I will definitely purchase there more often.
