For years I have loved Pandora and the quality of your jewelry. I have purchases thousands of dollars of product from you over the years. This visit I had to return an item (not because I didn't like) but the bracelet had a functional failure. Anyhow, I am giving you this review because the associate "Briana" at Plaza Bonita was exceptional from start to finish. She listened to my issue, determine a solution, and was very happy to help with my return. She was positive and courteous and very helpful. I will continue shopping with Pandora and any chance I get I will see Briana. Very valuable associate. Thank you
