One sales associate said one thing, the other sales associate set another thing, and then they have to clarify it. Not very much inventory of other Disney charms. Other stores have better charms or more charms. The sales associate didn’t want to take the charms out of the glass case very hard to see details like I couldn’t tell which one or who were the characters were, but she refused to take it out of the case. Not sure why that was when the person next to us had, the items outside on the top of the case to View. But she really didn’t want to help us. That was the first sales associate.

I was waiting by the door because not to long when had the pandemic we would wait out there to be called in but people were just walking in passed me so I went in then no one greated me and I stood in what i thought was the line but after standing for 15 mins I found out there was a sheet to sign in so now I had to wait for the people that came after me cuz no one told me about the paper . Ended up late for work and I only needed one thing and I new the one thing I needed

Love everything thats on sale but, it would be nice that have a little discount for spending a lot of for a spacial occasion.

It would have been so much better if the bag that they used was not crumpled and had a stain on it. It was obviously re- used. I was not able to gift the earrings with the purchased bag and it gave me some sort of dissatisfaction.

This was my very first visit to the Pandora store in Pearlridge Shopping Cener on Monday 5/2/22 to purchase a Mother's day gift. The promotional offer was a free bracelet if you spend $150.00. My total spent before taxes was $165.00, however the sales person Jerilynn R did not even mention that I get a free bracelet. I had to come back to your store to pick up my free bracelet and was helped by Shady, she was a great help.
