The employee who helped me was very friendly and was attentive to my needs. We connected and talked story about our pandora charms and past charms. She also offered to help me out my bracelet together after she cleaned it. Awesome customer service!

I love pandora charms. I usually have a good experience from associates but mine did not offer to let us look at any other charms or ask of our interest.

Sales associate Kawai was so friendly and helpful. Once she knew what I was looking for she was very patient with me. I did not feel rushed in any way while trying to decide on my final purchases.
