The store manager Jerilynn at Pearl Ridge Hawaii was very helpful and took the time to rearrange my older Pandora bracelet in addition to having it clean she also assisted with the selection of additional charms for my new family bracelet her expertise and good eye for the placement of these charms was absolutely beautiful I will continue to purchase

The sales lady greeted us right away. She seemed to know what charms they had and when new ones were coming in. Also knew how to size bracelet

I walked in and was immediately greeted. The sales associates were cleaning and making sure the store looked sanitary, while taking care of my needs. They immediately knew what I was looking for and helped me till the very end of my purchase.

Jenny H. No. 226957 was so, so, helpful to me, explaining why the bracelet from my sister was difficult to put on. I was doing it the incorrect way. So she was helpful. Also I found 2 charms for the bracelet and 2 rings that I liked. I hope that someday, Pandora will carry cross rings—-rings bearing the cross. For now, I took 2 heart rings, one for my granddaughter and one for me. Thank You Jenny for being serviceable and accommodating to my needs.

I was treated respectfully at the pearlridge store. The sales associate was friendly and patient. And, I love that the sales associate had a fully decorated Disney Pandora bracelet!!

JL and Store Manager provide exemplary customer service. I will surely tell my friends to visit your Pearlridge store and ask for JL and Store Manager. The Store manager help me with applying for a credit card and walked me through the process. She also designed my charms. I wish I had the Store Manager's name.
