I entered the store shortly after it opened because I know how busy it can get. There were two sales associates that greeted me and assisted me as soon as I walked in. When I inquired as to the item I was looking for they knew exactly what I was talking about and where the items were located. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes!! Thank you!

The sales clerk was attentive and friendly. There were only her and me in the store so I didn't have to wait for help. I knew what I wanted and was able to complete my purchase quickly.

My sales associate texted me in advance, telling me about a promotion coming up. She also offered to look for any items I was interested in purchasing. I told her what I wanted and she had them ready for me when I went in. She was patient and attentive as she helped me find another item to take advantage of the promotion.

I was welcome when I enter the store. Associate assisted my 2 bracelets for polishing, and referred me to Kawailani K. to assist me. Kawailani, was very helpful and knowledgeable of the Pandora products. So accommodating and pleasant. That is how customer service should be. Thank You, Happy Pandora owner of 3 bracelts. Our sales associate Jace-Lynn was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. From answering questions, showing us pieces we inquired about, letting me try on different sizes, giving suggestions and making sure we loved what we were choosing and the options we had. Our visit from start to finish was an exceptional one and Jace-Lynn is an awesome sales rep for Pandora. It wasn’t busy at all and we were able to get in, inquire and share what we were looking for and make our selections and complete our purchase in such a timely manner. We love this location and always go to make our purchases here for all holidays and sometimes just because as well. All the staff are friendly and courteous and are very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I’m excited to wear my new brackets and charms.

The lady that helped me was so sweet and friendly. She made me feel so welcome and wasn’t just rushing to make a sale.

I like the sign in sheet so that we are able to browse the store with out standing inline outside. I was interested in the Pooh Bear charm, and I was shown the other charms on the worker's tablet. I appreciated that she went out of her way to visually show me the collection. I was also matched for the right size bangle.
