I went in shopping for my girlfriend. No idea in mind what to get I got an associates opinion. I was given the advice to get her a promise ring.. it’s about that time.

I came in looking for a birthday gift to give to my partner. With the very simple description I gave in what she likes, the sales associate did an amazing job showing me what I need to get. I was able to leave the store with a base product and then of course returning a couple days later for the charms to finish off the gift.

Just wish that since I’m a frequent shopper I’d receive some kind of discount to use to purchase more.

I purchased my first Pandora Charm Bracelet from Pearl Ridge Shopping Center. Sales Associate Moana was AMAZING GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND with her service! When I went into Pandora my family and I got greeted with a big smile and warm welcome. I went in because it was my birthday. As a little girl growing up I had a charm bracelet and it got lost I’ve always wanted to get a new one. It was my day to do it. Moana had so much patients with me and my Ohana on choosing my special charms. I walked out VERY SATISFIED! Mahalo Moana!

Kawai was very nice and knowledgeable about the products. She also helped with how to maintain cleaning on my bracelet at home. She also reminded me that when I’m ever in the area to come by to have my bracelet cleaned.
