I stopped by during my work shift and needed fast service. There were 2 customers in store and 3 employees so I was lucky to walk in and be assisted right away. Janine was very helpful and got everything I wanted.

Kawai went above and beyond to help me after further looking into my online purchase. I explained to her that it took me 3 hours to place my order and by the time I was able to place it a rose gold option was no longer available and I had qualified for 2 free bracelets but online didn't give me that option. Since I used paypal to make my purchase she couldn't help me further. This is not the 1st time that the Pandora site has given me issues placing an order by it not responding and I have not made purchases in the past because I was so frustrated and gave up after an hour of trying.

I enjoy the spacers to keep my other charms from falling also the other one that keeps my bracelet from falling off that’s was a good idea.
